“What is your “Ideal Mermaid”?”

A person with beautiful heart who calls the ocean ‘home, playground and office’, who share the world about the greatness of it and becomes a part of global movement to protect it with her individual strength and talent.

“Expectations Before Course”

As an artist, I sit a lot for hours. Just swimming did not satisfy me. I have to set a goal that force me to move and do some exercises. Since I love the ocean, I found mermaiding as a beautiful sport that combines swimming with lots of stretching to strength the whole body especially core muscles plus breathing exercises. Being able to perform and to pose elegantly are the ways I see how my hard work pays off.

“Course Feedback”

My back was stiff as an iron board. It was hard to move. Also, my breathing is short. It took me lots of attempts to be able to dive in without any weight. I learned a lot of stretching exercises which are perfect to move my stiff back. I am happy that I decided to join MFI training.

“Did “Mermaiding” bring you any Life Changes?”

Yes, my wardrobe. I give up shoes for mermaid tails. (kidding)
I feel more energized because now I do stretching and breathing exercises every day. I have a freediving coaching who helps me to increase my breathing technic.
